分布式配送网络系统设计研究

Abstract:

A mixed-integer nonlinear programming mode was set up to solve the network design of Distributed Distribution System (DDS) with multi-source, multi-material,multi-product,multi-consumer with uncertain demands. Because of assembly coefficient and plentiful variables, the model is difficult to solve accurately by conventional method,such as Branch and Bound algorithm.Algorithm program under software of lingo 9.0 was designed to find the optimization solution.Numerical example shows the method is effective to seek globally optimal solution.

摘要:

建立了多供应点、多需求点、多部件、多产品的分布式装配系统在客户需求不确定条件下的配送网络设计模型。该模型本质上属于混合整数规划模型,由于装配系数和庞大变量的约束,常规的分支定界法难以精确求解,为此,设计了基于Lingo 9.0软件的算法程序,算例结果显示了模型和算法的实用性。
