Experimental Investigation on Linearization Control for Hydraulic-servo Actuator of Diesel Vibration Isolation System

柴油机隔振系统液压作动器线性化控制试验研究

Abstract:

This paper was concerned with the practical diesel two-stage vibration isolation system, and the nonlinear components were arisen in the second path because of the system coupled vibration among multi-paths and employing hydraulic-servo actuator. To eliminate nonlinearity, linearization control was implemented for the second path during broad frequency bandwidth using model reference adaptive inverse control with a pre-compensator (PCMRAIC). Contrast experiments on linearization control were performed in the case of varied pure tone sinusoidal input. The result of experiments was gotten, direct current offset and even order harmonic frequency component existed in the second path, odd order harmonic frequency component as well. The former were removed, the latter was largely wakened, and the system noise was filtered out. Through designing pure tone experiments, PCMRAIC control strategy is improved,as well the active control for diesel two-stage vibration isolation system.

摘要:

针对实际柴油机双层隔振系统,解决次级通道中液压作动器的非线性问题。利用预补偿模型参考自适应逆控制方法(PCMRAIC控制),在宽频段内对主动控制的次级通道实施线性化控制。在单频正弦输入下进行了线性化控制对比试验,试验结果表明:次级通道拾取的响应成分中存在的直流偏移量和偶次谐频非线性成分均被消除,而奇次谐频非线性成分也在很大程度上被削弱,试验噪声也被滤掉。
