电动助力转向系统的曲线型助力特性设计及分析

Abstract:

A method of segmeted parabola-type assistance characteristic was brought out to realize the curve-type assistance characteristics of the electric power steering system,and a single chip-microcomputer-based controller was designed to carry out the task.The mathematical model of single chip microcomputer control system was constructed,and Z transform was used to analyse the stability of the system.The test result shows that single chip microcomputer control system can realize the curve-type assistance characteristics.

摘要:

将分段式抛物线作为助力特性曲线,实现了电动助力转向系统的曲线型助力功能,设计了能够实现曲线型助力的单片机控制系统。建立了单片机控制系统相应的数学模型,采用Z变换对系统的稳定性进行了分析。试验表明所设计的单片机控制系统能够实现曲线型助力功能。
