对称加工方法及其实现机理的研究

Abstract:

In order to enhance the machining efficiency of a large symmetrical freeform surface, this paper put forward a new concept of symmetrical machining (SM), analyzed the characteristics of SM. Taking a 4-axis SM machine as an example, this paper introduced the design of SM machine, and investigated the realization mechanism of SM. Based on the above research work,a 4-axis SM machine has been developed in China, and its efficiency on machining ship model surface is 85% higher than that of the traditional 4-axis single-cutter machine. More over, the design of SM machine save one set of servo driving system, and thus reduce the machine cost.

摘要:

为了提高大型对称自由曲面的加工效率,提出了一种新型的对称加工方法,并分析了对称加工的特点。以四坐标对称加工机床为例,介绍了对称加工机床的机电设计方案,并研究了对称加工的实现机理。相对于传统的四坐标单刀加工机床而言,所研制的国内首台四坐标对称加工机床将船模曲面的加工效率提高了85%,同时还节省了一套伺服驱动系统,降低了机床的成本。
