CI Literature Review and Its Application Exploration in Social Manufacturing

集体智慧研究综述及其社群化制造应用探索

Abstract: To support systematically understanding and development of CI, and to further explore the applications of CI in the field of manufacturing (especially in the field of social manufacturing), related works on CI from 2000 were reviewed and the related concepts were discussed. Then, CI was classified into human social system CI, natural social system CI, and artificial social system CI according to different individual categories in a collective system. Research advancements and application status of the three kinds of CI theories from the perspectives of system architecture, enabling techniques, and engineering applications were reviewed, and the results show that CI has great application potentials in the field of social manufacturing. Thus, integrated CI architecture was established, preliminary application scheme of CI on social manufacturing was proposed, and the problems to be solved were discussed.

摘要: 为了系统化地理解和发展集体智慧理论,并进一步探索如何利用集体智慧理论解决制造领域特别是社群化制造领域中的工程问题,在统计2000年至今的中英文集体智慧相关研究文献基础上,进行了相关概念辨析,并根据集体智慧系统中个体属性差异将其分为人类系统、社会性动植物系统以及人工智能体系统集体智慧三类,然后按“实现框架关键技术工程应用”的主线对三类集体智慧的理论研究进展及其在制造领域的应用研究现状进行了综述。研究结果表明,集体智慧理论在社群化制造各环节均有广泛应用前景。据此提出了集体智慧概念集成框架,并探讨了其在社群化制造领域的初步应用方案和需要解决的问题。
