非圆齿轮型间歇转动机构的设计与运动特性分析

Design and Kinematic Characteristics Analysis of an Intermittent Rotation Mechanism Based on Non-circular Gears

摘要: 针对现有的间歇转动机构传动性能的缺陷,提出一种新型非圆齿轮型间歇转动机构。首先对其传动与分度原理进行分析,然后建立其数学模型并详述了核心构件非圆齿轮副的匹配设计方法,最后从运动学角度对机构的传动性能进行了分析。结合设计实例,利用MATLAB与SolidWorks软件建立了机构的虚拟样机,并在ADAMS软件中对其进行了运动学仿真。仿真结果与理论值对比分析表明机构的分度误差约为0.74%,验证了设计理论与运动特性分析方法的正确性。

Abstract: Aiming at the transmission performance defects of existing intermittent rotating mechanisms, an intermittent rotating mechanism was proposed based on non-circular gears. Firstly, the transmission and indexing principles of the intermittent rotating mechanisms were analyzed. Then, the mathematical model of the mechanisms was established, and the matching design method of the core components, the non-circular gear pairs, were detailed. Finally, the theoretical analysis of the mechanism’s transmission performance was carried out from the perspective of kinematics. Combined with a design example, a virtual prototype of the mechanisms was established by MATLAB and SolidWorks software. The kinematics simulation was carried out in ADAMS software. The comparison between the simulation results and the theoretical oness shows that the indexing angle errors of the mechanisms are about 0.74%, which verifies the correctness of the design theory and theoretical analysis of the kinematics characteristics.
