Abstract:

By utilizing the mobile communication and mobile computation technology,this paper put forward the concept of digital human (DM) and built DM prototype. DM accessed to digital manufacturing shop in real time, obtained information through sense, made judgment according to imaginal thinking, intuition and experience, and integrated seamlessly with machine intelligence which was based on long-term storage, exact inference and quick data processing to realize flexible and convenient optimal manufacturing decision-making. Based on DM conception, authors built the new type of digital manufacturing shop which supported DM, analysed the network architecture and function modules of this shop floor. Finally, integrated with multi-agent technology, authors analysed the operation model of this shop floor.
