摘要: 受工艺条件和产品性能限制,在舱段上无法事先加工用于测量其位姿的基准点。为此提出了一种以测量及拟合关键特征获取舱段位姿的方法。首先根据舱段结构特点提取舱段上满足装配精度要求的关键特征并利用激光跟踪仪测量。利用2σ准则剔除关键特征测量数据中粗差异常点,以改进基于经典测量平差理论中的最小二乘法在处理粗差时容错性较差的问题。然后利用处理后的关键特征数据拟合舱段坐标系原点及各坐标轴方向的单位向量,最终得到舱段的位姿参数。仿真试验结果表明:经改进的最小二乘法在拟合舱段位姿时能获得更高的精度;所提出的位姿拟合方法的实用性和通用性不仅能满足舱段位姿测量与计算需求,也能为其他刚体位姿求解提供参考。

Abstract: Due to the limitations of processes and performances of producs,the reference points for measuring cabin poses could not be made on the cabins beforehand.Therefore,a method of pose estimation by measuring and fitting the key characteristics of cabins was presented.First,according to the structural features of cabins,the key characteristics which met the assembly precision requirements were selected and measured by laser tracker.The gross error point data of the key characteristics were removed by using 2σ criterion method to improve the problems of poor fault tolerance of least-squares method based on classical surveying adjustment theory.Then the processed data of key characteristics were adopted to fit the origin and the unit vectors of each axis of cabin coordinate system.Finally,parameters of cabin poses were obtained.Simulation results show that the improved least-squares method is helpful to obtain higher precision in fitting cabin poses.The proposed method is practical and universal, which may meet the requirements of the pose estimation of cabins and provide a reference for pose estimation of other rigid bodies.
