钢齿齿长变化对复合材料预紧力齿连接接头力学性能影响的试验研究

摘要: 通过拉伸试验研究了不同钢齿齿长对一种新型复合材料预紧力齿连接接头力学性能的影响,发现了该接头的几种破坏模式以及极限载荷随钢齿齿长的变化规律,并且通过理论公式推导出钢齿发生弯剪变形的临界齿长。研究结果表明:接触端钢齿齿长变化对应复合材料预紧力齿连接接头存在三种破坏模式。在钢齿齿长较短的情况下,改变钢齿齿长会增大单齿的极限承载力;但钢齿齿长增加到一定长度后,钢齿齿长对接头承载力的影响趋于稳定。理论推导出的钢齿临界齿长可以作为钢齿的设计齿长。

Abstract: The CFRP pre-tightening teeth connector were investigated by changing the length of steel teeth, and the failure modes and the ultimate load of the specimens were tested. In addition, the critical tooth lengths of bending shear deformations were put out through deducing equations and theoretical analyses. The research shows that the specimens have three failure modes when the lengths of steel teeth were changed. It may effect the ultimate bearing capacity of single tooth when the length of steel tooth is small .However, the influences tend to be stable when the steel tooth achieves a certain length. Critical tooth length may be calculated and the result is just the designed length of the steel tooth.
