摘要: 为实现采煤机滚筒扭矩的实时精确检测,提出了一种基于压电振动俘能装置自给供电的滚筒扭矩检测系统。压电振动俘能装置将采煤机工作过程中Y、Z方向上产生的振动能量有效地转换为电能,实现对检测系统无线应变采集模块和销轴传感器的长期、稳定供电,避免了电池更换需要反复拆卸的难题。现场实验测试表明,扭矩检测系统自供电性能稳定,系统能够实现采煤机滚筒Y、Z方向上所受载荷的实时、精确检测,从而准确推算出滚筒的扭矩,系统具有较高的检验精度和可靠性。

Abstract: In order to achieve real-time shearer roller torque detection precision, this paper proposed a self-powered detection system based on piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting device. The vibration energy produced by the shearer in the working processes of Y and Z directions would be converted into electrical energy effectively, which ensured the long-term effectiveness working of the pin shaft sensor and wireless strain collection moduler and avoided the problems of power-supply module which needed replacement and repeated disassembly. The results of the experiments show that the self-powered performance of testing system is stable, the load of the shearer roller in theY and Z directions may be detected precisely in real time, the roller torques are calculated, and indicates that the system has higher accuracy and reliability.
