含夹矸煤层条件下采煤机螺旋滚筒工作性能分析与预测

Analysis and Prediction of Working Performance of Shearer Spiral Drums under Coal Seam with Gangue#br#

摘要: 基于Pro/E与EDEM接口技术建立了滚筒与含夹矸煤层耦合模型并进行模拟截割仿真,利用单因素试验法分析了煤岩体物理和力学性质、叶片螺旋升角、截齿排列方式、采煤机牵引速度、滚筒转速对滚筒受载大小、载荷波动情况、截割比能耗、装煤效果的影响趋势。利用遗传算法反传递(GA-BP)网络对螺旋滚筒截割性能及装煤效果预测的最大相对误差分别为3.12%和3.26%。基于Workbench分析了典型工况下不同结构螺旋滚筒所受应力大小及分布情况,确定了不同煤层赋存条件下优先选用的滚筒。基于EDEM的模拟仿真为螺旋滚筒在不同煤层赋存条件下结构参数和运动学参数的优选提供了支撑,基于GA-BP网络的滚筒性能预测为选取、设计高效螺旋滚筒提供了更快速、可靠的技术手段。

Abstract: Based on the interface technology of Pro/E and EDEM, a coupling model of drum and coal seam with gangue was established, and the cutting simulations were carried out. Single factor test method was used to analyze the influence trends of physical and mechanics properties of coal and rock mass, blade spiral angle, pick arrangement, shearer traction speed and drum speed on drum load, load fluctuation, cutting specific energy consumption and coal loading effectiveness. The maximum relative errors of cutting performance and coal loading effectiveness prediction of spiral drum are 3.12% and 3.26% respectively using GA-BP network. The stress magnitude and distribution of spiral drums with different structures under typical working conditions were analyzed based on Workbench, and then the preferred drums under different coal seam occurrence conditions were determined. The simulations using EDEM provide support for the optimization of structural and kinematic parameters of spiral drums under different coal seam occurrence conditions. The performance prediction using GA-BP network provides a more rapid and reliable technical mean for the selection and design of high-efficiency spiral drums.
