摘要: 介绍了对数衰减法在非线性滑动轴承转子系统中判别临界转速的计算原理和所存在不足之处。指出了对数衰减法的适用范围:稳定性临界曲线的量纲一偏心率在0.2~0.6之间。提出了一种可通过MATLAB编程实现并依据轴心轨迹图形来判断临界转速的新方法,并将其与对数衰减法进行了对比。结果表明:图形法判断的临界转速是正确的,并且弥补了对数衰减法的不足。

Abstract: The theory of computation on discriminating the whirling speed and some shortcomings existing inside the nonlinear sliding bearing rotor system were introduced herein. The scope of the logarithmic decrement was pointed out,which was suitable for the stability critical curve dimensionless eccentricity between 0.2 and 0.6. A new method for judging the critical speed by MATLAB graphical programming was proposed, which was compared with the logarithmic decrement method.The results show that the graphic method to determine the critical speed is correct and the deficiency of the logarithmic decrement method is corrected.
