摘要:

以多刚体动力学为基础,考虑悬架K&C特性,应用达朗贝尔惯性力原理,建立了具有较高精度面向特性的中后桥双胎三轴汽车二十六自由度非线性动力学模型。由汽车实际运动状态和理想运动状态之间的偏差计算出最优控制力矩,设计了差动制动协调器、ABS下层控制器和执行器组成的差动制动防侧翻控制系统。对该模型进行了阶跃转向试验来模拟紧急避让工况,结果表明该控制系统方案可行并能够有效地防止汽车的侧翻。

Abstract:

Based on multi-body dynamics and considering the K&C characteristics of suspension,a 26-DOF nonlinear dynamics model of triaxial  vehicle with dual rear tire was established  using D 'Alember  inertia force theory,which had the properties of object-oriented.The optimal control torque  of   the deviation between actual motion state and ideal state of movement was calculated.Meanwhile, the differential braking coordinator,ABS controller and actuator of differential braking control system  were  designed.The step test  model was established to simulate the working conditions  of emergency avoidance and  the results show that the control system scheme is feasible and can  prevent the car rolled over effectively.
