摘要:

针对生产中对塑件翘曲变形的要求,提出以描述指定特征翘曲程度的特征翘曲度来评价塑件的翘曲变形。通过优化特征翘曲度,将数值模拟和优化技术相结合,提出一种注塑模具浇口位置设计方法。实例证明了该方法可有效指导浇口位置的设计。

Abstract:

Taking into account the great influences of gate location on part warpage, the computer aided engineering for injection molding was combined with optimization technology to find the optimal gate location with minimized feature warpage. A simulated annealing algorithm was used to search the optimum. Finally, an example was given to demonstrate the effect of proposed method.
