摘要:

针对车灯配光纹特征阵列逆向建模,提出条状特征全自动快速识别和逆向建模的方法。该方法通过对测量型值点进行平面规范和滤波处理来识别边界型值点,使条纹特征达到更高的精度和更好的光顺性。同时,利用二次开发技术,实现了逆向建模过程的自动化,显著提高了车灯配光纹的建模效率。

Abstract:

Since the reflector with stripe-feature arrays has rigid precision and efficiency requirement, an automatically rapid recognition and reverse modeling method of stripe-feature arrays was proposed. By dealing the measured points with wave-filter method, the feature can be created more precisely and smoothly. The automation of reverse molding is realized and the efficiency is improved obviously.
