摘要:

利用虚拟样机模型,通过行驶仿真试验获取了传动箱齿轮在各任务剖面的动态载荷谱。通过三维接触应力分析,得到了齿轮危险点的应力-时间历程,用插值法对恒转矩下获得的仿真载荷进行了修正,分析了载荷的分布规律,采用权系数法确定了多工况的二维联合概率分布函数,建立了传动箱齿轮在全寿命里程的疲劳设计谱。采用二维概率Miner准则计算了零件的疲劳寿命,并分析了相关参数对齿轮寿命的影响。

Abstract:

Based on virtual prototype dynamic model, wheel box gears' load spectrum of different work sections was obtained through ride simulation test. Through three-dimensional contact stress analysis, stress-time-course of gear's dangerous section was acquired, interpolation method was applied to modify the simulation load under constant torque. The distribution regularity of random load was analyzed and two dimensional joint probability density function under multiple working conditions was synthesized with weight coefficient method. Thus full-life kilometer fatigue design load spectrum of wheel box gears was established. Two dimensional probability Miner rule was adopted to calculate fatigue life of the parts. Some relevant parameters which influenced gear life were analyzed, a new method of fatigue life analysis on wheel box gears was provided.
