摘要:

在分析现有数控机床可靠性建模研究局限性的基础上,将元任务引入到数控机床的可靠性研究领域,介绍了元任务的概念,建立了结构化的任务分解模型,利用GO法建立了元任务的动态可靠性模型,分析了各元任务和元任务组之间的关系。利用马尔可夫方法建立了元任务组的动态可靠性模型,并以该方法建立了某型国产加工中心的动态可靠性模型。

Abstract:

Based on analysis of the limitation of existing research on reliability modelling of CNC machine,meta-task was introduced into this area,and the concept of meta-task was discussed,The model of task decompose of structures was founded,the GO methodology was used to establish meta-task reliability dynamic model,the relation between the meta-task and meta-task group was analysed,the Markov
theory was used to establish meta-task group reliability dynamic model.The task-based
reliability model was fully established.Taking a certain type of machining center made in China as an
example,which shows that the method is useable and correct and provides a practical solution for reliability modeling of CNC machine tools.
