摘要:

利用PCI-7484数据采集卡、光栅和加速度传感器等构建了压电陶瓷拨爪电机驱动测试系统,对其驱动特性进行了实验性分析研究,得到了压电陶瓷拨爪电机交流驱动模式所产生附加振动的规律以及直流工作模式下的纳米级驱动特性曲线,从而为进一步提高压电陶瓷拨爪电机驱动系统的控制精度提供了参考依据。

Abstract:

A driving test system of oscillating piezoelectric actuator was constructed by using PCI-7484 data acquisition card, grating and acceleration sensor. By analyzing the driving features of the system experimentally, the additional vibration rules of oscillating piezoelectric actuator in AC drive mode and the nanoscale drive characteristic curves in DC drive mode were obtained, which provides the scientific method and reference to further improve the driving system control precision of the oscillating piezoelectric actuator.
