摘要:

为补偿由于熟料厚度变化而引起的篦冷机床面冷却风量分布不均,基于流体力学圆柱坐标系下的连续方程,建立了水泥熟料蓖冷机冷却气体流量调节器的模型,并给出了分析方法及设计计算公式。以变刚度片弹簧为控制元件,设计了一种新型机械自控式流量调节器。实验表明,利用所设计的机械流量调节器可以实现每个篦元上空气流量的自适应调节,达到均化冷却风量分布的目的。

Abstract:

To compensate for the uneven distribution of cooling air volume on the bed surface of grate cooler caused by the thickness change of clinker,based on the hydromechanical continuity equation in the cylindrical coordinates,an analysis and design computation formula of flow regulator for clinker grate cooler were established.Using the variable stiffness leaf springs as the control elements, a new type of mechanical self-controlled flow regulator was designed. The tests indicate that the new regulator can achieve adaptive adjustment of the air flow on every grate element and the purpose of homogenizing the distribution of the cooling air volume.
