摘要:

在对数控机床横梁参数优化的基础上,提出了一种基于参数灵敏度的振荡优化方法,通过令所研究的构件质量上下波动,在变形极小化目标控制下使结构参数不断发生变化,最终产生质量不变、性能更优的新结构。通过与有限元分析软件相结合,该方法很容易通过程序实现,且优化效果明显。基于参数灵敏度的快速优化算法,经一些数学模型和实际工程应用检验,分析结果是可信的,从理论上是可行的。

Abstract:

Under the conditions of parameter optimization for
NC machine tool crossbeam, the technique of shake cycle optimization(SCO) was educed,this method permits weight changing wave, parameter changing by the control of minimizing deformation, and ultimately results in better structure with the weight balanced.Integrated with FEA tool, this optimized technique is very availability and realization facility.This sensitivity-based fast algorithm is credible and feasible in theory by some mathematical models and the practical application tests.
