摘要:

针对应用于飞机铝合金、钛合金以及叠层部件制孔的机器人自动制孔系统,提出了基于上位机和PLC的机器人自动制孔控制系统的设计方法。根据工作任务的要求和特点,设计并分析了机器人自动制孔控制系统的整体框架、硬件模块和软件模块。现场测试证明,该系统能够极大提高飞机部件的制孔效率和装配质量。

Abstract:

A design method of robot automatic drilling control system was forwarded based on upper computer and PLC.The robot automatic drilling system can drill the titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and laminated composites components of aircraft.Then the system framework,hardware module and software module were designed and analyzed according to the requirements and characteristics of the task. The results of the testing on-site show that the system can increase the drilling efficiency and assemble quality of the aircraft components immensely.
