摘要:

介绍了状态检修理论的研究现状和高炉煤气透平机故障特点,针对某高炉煤气透平机的实际情况,开发了一套高炉煤气透平发电装置状态检修支持系统。该系统的核心是以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)分析方法,通过状态预测、状态评价、风险评估、专家建议等环节,最终给出检修决策。

Abstract:

The paper introduced the current situation of research on CBM and fault feature of TRT. A CBM support system of blast-furnace top pressure recovery turbine unit was developed according to the condition TRT. With the reliability centered maintenance(RCM) at the core,through the important step such as condition predict,condition estimation,the risk evaluation and expert advice, the system will make the optimum maintenance decision finally.
