波纹式结构柔性蒙皮拉伸变形与应变研究

摘要:

波纹结构在沿波纹方向可承受较大变形,在垂直波纹方向则有较大的弯曲刚度,可以将其作为一种较好的变体机翼蒙皮。在考虑变形后中性层偏离的情况下,建立了拉伸作用下波峰波谷应变与波纹基体结构整体变形的理论模型。设计了电阻应变片测试电路,并对应变片所测波峰应变进行了校正,得到了应变片所测应变与波纹结构整体变形的关系;制作了波纹式复合材料板,通过对波纹板的拉伸测试,将实际的拉伸结果与通过应变反推得到波纹板的变形结果进行了比较。结果表明,应用该理论模型和测试方法可以有效地反推波纹基体的整体变形。

Abstract:

A corrugated composite skin has large deformation capability in transverse direction and huge bending stiffness in longitudinal direction. So it can satisfy the deformation and load requirements of the morphing wing skin.A theoretical model between the global deformation of the skin and the local strains at the wave peak and wave trough positions of the corrugation was established when the neutral layer deviated and deformed due to the tensile load.A kind of strain gauge bridge and its signal conditioning circuit were designed for measuring the deformation of the corrugated composites,and the strain measurements were corrected. The relation between the global deformation of the skin and the local strains measured by strain gauge were obtained.A corrugated composite skin was manufactured and was tested in tensile direction by testing machine. The deformation of the whole corrugated composite skin was obtained by the strain gauge according to the corrugated relationship established herein. The results from the measuring system and the deformation of the corrugated composites measured by the testing machine were compared. The comparison shows that the theoretical model and the measuring style are able to provide the global deformation of the corrugated composite skin effectively.
