摘要:

在剩余强度试验的基础上,研究了锻造35CrMo钢剩余强度随疲劳载荷加载次数的退化规律。通过对试验数据的分析,认为Schaff提出的幂退化模型可以较好地描述35CrMo钢剩余强度的退化规律。研究了剩余强度的分布特征,用三参数Weibull分布描述剩余强度的分布。研究表明,尺度参数和位置参数随着循环次数的增加而逐渐减小,形状参数则保持不变。

Abstract:

The degradation rule of 35CrMo steel was studied based on the development of the damage in the material under cyclic loading, and the Schaff model to describe the degradation of tensile residual strength of 35CrMo steel was presented. Large amounts of experimental data had been employed to support this model and the comparisons between predictions and experiments demonstrate that this model has better capacity of predicting the degradation of tensile residual strength. The distribution of the residual strength after different cycle numbers was studied,and three-parameter Weibull function was presumed. With the increase of the cycle numbers, the scale parameters and location parameters of the Weibull distribution are reduced, and the shape parameters remain unchanged.
