摘要:

分析研究了基于“正下”(down hand)制造策略的五坐标激光直接制造和再制造轨迹路径的生成算法。根据五坐标数控机床空间直线插补的功能特点,用连接一系列光斑中心点的折线来描述激光制造路径(激光束相对零件的运动)。基于SolidWorks平台研究了CAD模型直接分层方法与生成激光直接制造和再制造路径轨迹(包括轮廓轨迹和填充轨迹)的算法,开发了相应的程序,并进行了圆台零件的制造,应用实例表明了该算法的有效性。

Abstract:

Tool path generation algorithm for 5-axis laser manufacturing based on ‘down hand’ cladding strategy was developed. According to the 3D line interpolation function of 5-axis CNC machine tool, a 3D path of laser manufacturing (expressing the movement of laser beam relatively to the part contour) can be defined by a set of successive linear links from one laser beam center position to another. Based on SolidWorks platform,a direct slicing approach from CAD models was introduced and tool path (including contouring and filling)generation algorithm was studied. The generation algorithm was implemented in the software SolidWorks and taper part was fabricated. The feasibility and practicability of this algorithm was demonstrated therefore. 
