摘要:

建立了封闭式人字齿轮行星传动系统的扭转-横向振动模型,模型考虑了两级传动之间的弹性耦合。总结出系统的五种固有振动模式:扭转振动模式、差动级横向振动模式、封闭级横向振动模式、差动级行星轮振动模式和封闭级行星轮振动模式。计算了考虑科氏惯性力和离心惯性力影响后系统的固有频率,分析了转速对系统固有频率的影响,发现差动级横向振动模式对应的固有频率随着系统输入转速的增加出现了分岔现象。

Abstract:

A rotational and translational vibration model including the coupling between two stage trains was established to predict the natural modes of encased differential herringbone gear train. Vibration modes of this gear train were classified into rotational mode, translational mode of differential stage, translational mode of encased stage, planet mode of differential stage and planet mode encased stage. The natural frequencies were calculated by considering the Carioles inertial force and centrifugal force and the influence of rotating speed on natural frequencies was evaluated. The results show that the frequencies of translational mode in encased stage bifurcate while the rotating speed increases. 
