摘要:

根据收集的17台某型数控车床可靠性数据,首先采用统计分析方法从整体上确定出各种故障部位与模式的比例,然后针对危害度值排序法中故障影响概率不确定的问题,将模糊数学中的模糊语言变量和模糊综合评价方法引入到危害度分析中,进而找出对数控车床可靠性影响较大的故障模式与薄弱环节。

Abstract:

According to the data collected from 17 NC machine tools of one certain type, the statistical method was firstly used to carry out the rate between the failure positions and the failure modes. To solve the uncertain problem of the failure effect probability when sorting the criticality values, fuzzy linguistic variables and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were introduced to the criticality analysis. Then the weakness and the failure modes can be identified, which has greater effect on the reliability of NC machine tools.
