55钢平面磨削中未变形磨屑厚度及单位磨削力的研究

摘要:

从简化磨粒形状入手,用解析法对未变形磨屑平均厚度模型进行了修正;通过日本某公司生产的超景深三维显微系统VHX-600测量了磨粒间距,并根据55钢的平面磨削实验,采用非线性回归法推导出了基于未变形磨屑平均厚度的单位磨削力和切向磨削力的经验公式。

Abstract:

Simplifying the geometric shape of abrasive grains,the paper modified the mathematic models of the undeformed chip thickness by analytic method.
The inter-grain spacing was measured with Keyence VHX-600 digital microscope produced in Japan.According to the grinding experiments of steel 55,the experienced equations of tangential grinding force and unit grinding force were built up based on undeformed chip thickness by nonlinear regression analysis. 
