插电式柴电混合动力汽车规则控制及处理器在环测试

Plug-in Diesel-electric Hybrid Vechicle Rule Control Strategy and Processor-in-loop Tests

摘要: 以某插电式柴电混合动力汽车为研究对象,基于准静态假设建立了包括发动机-ISG、电池、选择性催化还原(SCR)系统及传动系统的整车动力学模型,并利用线性函数近似逼近油耗率MAP图来提高求解速度。选取发动机油耗、催化器出口排放与其对应的加权系数乘积的加权和作为目标函数进行求解,根据计算结果提取满足国Ⅴ排放法规约束下最优控制解的典型特征,包括模式切换和能量分配。基于动态规划算法优化结果对CD-CS策略进行了改进,并完成了仿真验证及处理器在环测试。研究结果表明:与初始CD-CS策略相比, 改进后的CD-CS策略节油4.95%,NOx排放量、颗粒物(PM)排放量分别减少20.8%和6.06%,验证了所提规则控制策略的有效性和实时性。

Abstract: Taking a plug-in diesel-electric hybrid vehicle as the research object, the vehicle dynamic model was established based on the quasi-static assumption, which including engine-ISG motor, battery, selective catalytic reduction(SCR) system and transmission system. The linear function was used to approximate the engine fuel consumption MAP to improve the calculation speed. The weighted sum of engine fuel consumption, the catalyst outlet discharge and their corresponding weighting coefficient products were selected to solve the objective function. The typical characteristics including the mode switch and energy distribution were extracted with the constraints of national Ⅴ emission regulations according to the results of the optimal control solution. The CD-CS strategy was improved based on DP algorithm optimization results, and the simulation verifications and processor-in-loop tests were implemented. The research results show that compared with the original CD-CS strategy, the improved CD-CS strategy reduces the fuel consumption by 4.95%, reduces the emission indicators such as the NOx and particulate matter(PM) by 20.8% and 6.06% respectively. The effectiveness and instantaneity of the proposed rule control strategy are validated.
