[产品服务系统]面向大规模个性化的产品服务系统模块化设计

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 提出了面向大规模个性化的产品服务系统（PSS）模块化设计框架，通过物理与服务的内部模块组合，实现客户需求的大规模、个性化、低成本与快速提供。论述了大规模个性化与大规模定制模式的区别，归纳总结了面向大规模个性化的PSS模块化设计研究与应用现状，分析了面向大规模个性化的PSS模块化设计基本特征与实现模式，提出了面向大规模个性化的PSS模块化过程与方法。这一系统归纳的面向大规模个性化的PSS模块化设计框架与方法为产品的大规模个性化设计和产品服务系统模块化设计提供了理论参考。

Abstract: A modular design framework of PSS oriented to mass personalization was proposed.Through the combination of internal fewer modules of products and services，personalized customer demands might be realized in ways of large scale，low cost and fast speed.The differences between mass personalization mode and mass customization mode were discussed，the research and application statuses of PSS modular design oriented to mass personalization were summarized，the basic features and realization modes of modular design of PSS oriented to mass personalization were analyzed，and the PSS modular processes and methods were put forward.The proposed design framework and methods of PSS modular design oriented to mass personalization provide a theoretical reference for the mass personalization design and the PSS modular design.
