摘要: 对某型号加工中心的刀库及机械手的早期故障进行分析后,假设了其主要的故障原因。为了加速试验过程并进一步验证假设的故障原因,设计了刀库系统的可靠性强化试验方案。首先选取了3个加速因子并确定了加速因子的大小,然后确定出试验的综合应力剖面,对刀库的3个位置的性能情况进行了监控。最后对试验发生的6次故障进行了分析,验证了假设的故障原因并提出对应的改进措施。

Abstract: The main failure causes were assumed after the early failures about tool magazine and manipulator of a type of machining center were analyzed. In order to accelerate the testing processes and further to validate the hypothesis, the test scheme of RET was designed. Firstly, three acceleration factors were choosen and their values were also determined, then the comprehensive stress profile of RET was determined, and the performances of three positions of the tool magazine were monitored. Finally, 6 failures of the test were analyzed, and the hypothesis of the failure causes were verified. And the improvement measures were put forward.
