一种新的铁道车辆滚振试验台曲线通过试验方法

摘要:

推导了车辆在通过曲线时的轮轨蠕滑率计算公式,并建立模拟铁道车辆曲线通过的滚振台非线性动力学模型,提出一种新的曲线通过台架试验方法,并分析了不同试验方法对车辆轮轨垂向力的影响。研究结果表明:滚动台上的车辆系统经由未平衡至平衡状态的过程中,现行的曲线通过试验方法冲击过大,而新的试验方法可以很好地避免这种冲击;将根据两种试验方法计算得到的安全性指标与曲线线路的结果进行对比可知,三者的变化规律一致;在两种试验方法的安全性指标对比中,新的试验方法与线路结果的误差更小,说明所提出的曲线通过试验方法是可行的。

Abstract:

A  formula was deduced to calculate the creepage between wheel and rail at curve negotiation. The nonlinear vehicle system dynamics model  was  established,which could simulate the curve negotiating property on roller rig.A new test method to simulate the curve negotiate was introduced and the influences of different test methods on wheel-rail vertical force were studied. Analysis results  show  that during the time of railway vehicle on roller rig from unstable to stable,the test method which is in operation nowadays  may  cause great detriment to both of  the vehicle and the roller rig,while the new method can refrain it. Comparing the results calculated by two test methods with the  model of
curve  negotiation,all  of  the methods  have the same laws with the increase of the vehicle speed. In the comparison of the safety index based on two test methods,the difference between the results calculated by the new method and the model of curve negotiation   is smaller .It indicates that the new test method herein is  feasible.
