减变速一体化滚动活齿机构的设计理论

提出了减变速一体化传动的概念,最大限度地提高传动系统效率,缩小传动空间。结合活齿机构和非圆齿轮理论,构建了减变速一体化滚动活齿机构。首先选定偏心圆作为激波器,建立了任意传动比下内齿圈的齿廓模型,并给出了活齿机构连续传动的条件。然后给出最大活齿个数与传动比变化的周期数、内齿圈齿数之间的函数关系,针对活齿个数小于2的情况,提出并联活齿机构,能够实现任意减变速一体化传动规律。最后以实现串联非圆齿轮的传动比为例,给出了减变速一体化滚动活齿机构的设计过程,这一研究成果不仅为该机构的应用奠定基础,也可为其他类型的减变速一体化活齿机构的探索提供借鉴。

Abstract:

A concept of motion integration was presented to improve the efficiency and  to  reduce the space of series mechanisms Combining with  movable tooth gear and noncircular gear theory, the motion integration   mechanism  with  roller movable tooth was proposed. Firstly, a eccentric circle was selected as the wave generator.A tooth profile model of the inner ring was built under any transmission ratio, with continuous transmission conditions discussed. Then a mathematical relationship in the maximal number of movable teeth, the number of period of transmission ratio and the number of inner ring teeth were  studied. When the number of movable teeth was less than two, a parallel movable tooth gear was constructed to realize any speed ratio. Finally, the design process of a motion integration mechanism with roller movable tooth was given to achieve the transmission ratio of series noncircular gear system, which laid  the foundation for applying the new gear,and  guided the research of other movable tooth gears.
