某汽车起重机的行驶垂向共振原因分析及验证

摘要:

针对某汽车起重机行驶中出现的共振,运用LMS振动测试系统测试了该车匀速行驶时的加速度信号。结合车轮激励的理论,进行了传递路径分析,发现整车共振频率与车轮的激励频率相一致,车桥振动幅值与车轮不均匀量成正比。从而推断该共振是由车轮失圆的激励引起的,提出改进方案后,对该方案行了验证试验,结果表明:加速度响应的均方根值较原方案的相应值下降了35%,共振现象消失。

Abstract:

This paper tested acceleration signals at even velocity running of a certain truck crane with LMS vibration testing system, for the resonance phenomenon. Being integrated with the theory of excitation of tire and computed method, it has discovered that the frequency of its resonance is agreed with the frequency of the wheels' excitation and the quantity of their vibration is directly proportional to the quantity of their non-uniformity, and then can estimate that the resonance of the crane is excited by excitation of the wheels. An improved method was made and carried into effect and then its function was tested in reality. The results indicate that the root of mean square of the acceleration responsibility is reduced a percentage of 35 and the resonance phenomenon has disappeared.
