摘要:

为改善大功率柴油机排放性能、减少燃油消耗率,开发了一款新型增压式喷油器,阐述了其功能、结构组成及工作原理。分析发现液力换向阀的响应时间是影响增压压力曲线形状建立的关键因素。利用一维流体仿真软件FlowMaster建立了增压型喷油器的仿真模型,并通过实验验证了模型的正确性。在发动机转速1000r/min、控制脉宽3ms下,仿真计算了量纲一参数A1、A2,共轨压力pr,换向阀间隙燃油泄漏系数λ对换向阀响应特性的影响。结果表明:在其他条件不变的情况下,液力响应时间to2、to3随着A1、A2的增大而增大,tc2、tc3随着A1、A2的增大而减小;液力响应时间to2、tc2随着pr的增大保持恒定,to3、tc3随着pr的增大而减小;液力响应时间to2随着λ的增大保持恒定,to3随着λ的增大小幅增大,tc2、tc3随着λ的增大而减小。

Abstract:

In order to improve energy efficiency and emissions performance of high-powered diesel engines, a new type of diesel injector named pressure amplified diesel injector was invented. The function, structure composition and the working principle of pressure amplified diesel injector were stated. It is found that the response of direction change valve has a great influence on the pressure amplified curve. A one-dimensional simulation model of pressure amplified diesel injector was established with software FlowMaster, and the simulation model was testified. The influence of design parameters such as A1,A2, the common rail pressure pr and the leakage coefficient of direction change valve λ  on the response of direction change valve was simulated. The simulation results show that these design parameters have a great influence on the response of direction change valve, and eventually on the timing of the build of high pressure. In detail, to2 and to3 increase with the increase of A1and A2, while tc2 and tc3decrease as A1 and A2 increase. to2 and tc2 keep stable as pr increases, to3 and tc3 decrease with the increase of pr. to2 keeps stable with the increase of λ, to3 increases slightly as λ increases, tc2 and tc3increase with the increase of λ.
