钠钙玻璃微磨削表面粗糙度试验研究

摘要:

针对硬脆材料钠钙玻璃进行了一系列的微尺度磨削试验研究,主要探讨不同磨削因素对工件加工表面质量的影响。从理论上探讨微尺度磨削的加工机理,研究微磨削过程中的最大未变形切屑厚度、工件的弹性恢复等对加工过程的影响。根据微尺度磨削加工的特点,选用不同的加工参数对钠钙玻璃材料进行正交试验和单因素试验,得到微磨削加工后工件表面粗糙度变化的一般规律。针对200号与500号两种磨粒微磨棒进行试验研究,得出不同加工条件与工件表面粗糙度的关系,进而确定不同加工参数对表面质量的影响规律。

Abstract:

This paper conducted a series researches of micro-grinding for hard brittle material soda-lime glass and discussed the influence of different grinding factors on the workpiece surface quality. The micro-grinding machining mechanism was discussed theoretically, the influences of the undeformed chip thickness and the elastic recovery in the micro grinding process were studied. According to the characteristics of micro-grinding, orthogonal test and single factor test were designed on the soda-lime glass with different machining parameters and got the general developmental law of the surface roughness of workpiece in micro-grinding. With 200# and 500# micro-grinding tools, the experiments were conducted to draw the relationship among different processing conditions and the surface roughness of workpiece, and then determine the influence of the processing parameters on the quality, providing significant results for the quality of micro-grinding and intense research for the development of micro-grinding.
