摘要:

首先分析工装设计知识,抽取出主要的概念、概念之间的关系和属性信息,建立了包含设计对象、设计流程、设计人员和设计知识的工装设计本体;然后利用Protégé软件构建了平尾前梁装配型架的设计本体实例,并用OWL语言进行了本体表示;最后开发了工装设计知识管理原型系统,在国内某大型航空制造企业得到了示范应用。

Abstract:

Firstly the tooling design knowledge was analyzed to extract the main concepts, relationships among concepts and attributes. A tooling design ontology model including design objects, design process, designers and design knowledge was created, and then Protégé was used to build the design ontology instance of assembly tooling for the horizontal tail beam, and the OWL language was used to represent the design knowledge ontology, and finally the tooling design knowledge management prototype system was developed. The demonstrating applications were carried out in a large aviation manufacturing enterprise.
