在工业设计中,产品形态设计为了满足从概念设计阶段到生产制造环节的一致性,要受到多种约束的制约。为了提高设计效率,提出了基于材料、结构、工艺等约束因素的产品形态设计概念,通过对各种约束因素的研究,建立了产品形态设计约束集,分析了多约束条件下的产品设计流程,以此为基础,应用Pro/E二次开发和数据库技术,开发了产品形态设计计算机辅助系统,通过设计实例的形态设计和加工工艺验证了该系统的可行性。

Abstract:

In the process of industrial design, in order to match the consistency from concept stage to manufacturing,product design must suffer various constraints. And in order to improve design efficiency,the definition of product modeling design based on material, structure, technology and other constraints was proposed. Through the research of a variety of constraint factors, a prduct modeling design constraint set was constructed. And the product design process was discussed. Based on this theory, a computer aided system was established, the feasibility of modeling design and processing technology were verified based on design example.
