摘要:

基于Merritt理论,建立了带式啮合介质齿轮传动的简化接触模型,为这种传动金属轮齿与非金属带构成的摩擦副之间的摩擦特性与润滑机理研究奠定了基础。运用接触有限元法,与同参数同工况的普通渐开线齿轮的最大接触应力进行对比,结果表明:由于柔性介质带的存在,带式啮合介质齿轮的接触应力降低。利用有限元方法分析介质带性能参数对齿轮传动性能的影响,结果表明:介质带材料的弹性模量是影响该传动接触强度的主要因素。

Abstract:

Based on Merritt theory, a simplified contact model of a gear drive with meshed medium belt was established for its contact strength analysis. The foundation was laid for the study of frictional characteristics and lubrication mechanism of the rubbing pair consisting of metal teeth and non-metallic medium belt. The contact model of FEA was set up and then the biggest contact stress was compared based on analysis by ANSYS. The results show that the biggest contact stress is reduced due to the existence of the medium belt, and agree well with the theoretical predictions. The gear drive will be affected by the meshed belt with different parameters. The modulus of elasticity is the most important factor to the contact strength of this gear drive.
