摘要:

为了获得最优化的射流管电液伺服阀反馈组件设计,对射流管伺服阀的反馈组件结构性能进行了理论推导。鉴于数学推导反馈杆刚度的不精确性,重点对弯曲反馈杆的弯曲度对反馈性能的影响进行了有限元分析。确定了射流管阀中使用的弯曲反馈杆的弯曲角度在135°左右时反馈力的影响效果较好,比其他角度反馈力提高了8.6%,进而明确了反馈组件的设计思路。在最优弯曲角度的条件下,利用有限元分析模型分析了力矩马达产生的电磁力矩作用于衔铁组件时,反馈杆与阀芯有一定相互作用力的情况下,阀芯以及射流管喷嘴偏移的位移大小变化。总结出了力矩、反馈力与阀芯位移、射流管喷嘴位移之间的关系。

Abstract:

In order to obtain an optimization design of  jet pipe hydraulic servo valve feedback components.The authors made theoretical derivation about the structure and properties of feedback components on the jet pipe servo valve.In view of the mathematical derivation of the feedback lever stiffness  is not accurate,we focused on the finite element analysis about curvature of the feedback lever.The best bending angle of the feedback leveris was determined as 135° ,the feedback force enhanced by 8.6% relalively to any other angle.This work makes  the design ideas about the feedback components clearly.Then,a finite element analysis model was used to simulate the spool and the jet pipe nozzle displacement when the electromagnetic torque acting on thearmature components. The relationship among torque, spool and the jet pipe nozzle was summed up.
