摘要:

以某桥车左前门为研究对象,将稳健设计方法应用于车门结构优化设计,运用Taguchi方法中的参数设计法进行稳健设计。将车门板件厚度作为控制因素,材料特性以及载荷作为误差因素,通过正交试验、SN比试验以及方差分析,找出对车门下垂刚度和一阶固有频率最敏感的控制因素,获得控制因素的最佳组合。算例结果表明,采用稳健设计方法,不仅可提高车门结构性能的稳健性,而且可减轻车
门的重量,具有较强的工程实用性。

Abstract:

An application of Taguchi parameter design in automotive door structural optimization was presented herein.The orthogonal experiment,the signal-to-noise ratio experiment,and analysis of variance were employed to investigate the sensitive controlling factors to the automotive door sag stiffness and the
fundamental frequency,by taking automotive door panels' thickness as controlling
factors,material properties and load as error factors.Then,the optimal combination of
controlling factors was proposed.The example results show that the optimal
design proposed by parameter design can improve the robustness of automotive door structural performance,and reduce the weight.
