摘要:

系统分析了机床的拓扑结构特点及其共性,以多体系统理论和齐次坐标变换原理为基础,给出了机床部件相对位姿、运动及其误差的通用表达方式,并通过编程方式建立了一个通用的机床误差分析模型。采用交互输入方式,可以对不同机床进行高效的误差建模与分析。误差敏感性及其规律的分析结果,可以为机床公差设计、刚度控制以及安装调整提供重要的依据。

Abstract:

The characteristics and its commonness of topological structure on machine tools were analyzed firstly herein,based on the multi-body system theory and the homogeneous coordinate transformation principle,the general expression on relative position-pose,movement and error among the machine components  were provided,and a general error analysis model for machine tool was established by programming.Through interactive input method,error modeling and analyzing on different machine tools would be achieved high-efficiently.The analysis results of error sensitivity and error regularity can be used as important
basis for tolerance design,stiffness control,installation and adjustment on
machine tools.
