压电开关调压型气动数字阀控制方法的研究

摘要:

为了提高所研制的压电开关调压型气动数字阀的动态性能,提高其稳态精度,减小其压力波动,对其控制方法进行了研究。提出了PWM控制算法的一种改进形式——调整变位PWM法,采用“Bang-Bang+带死区P+调整变位PWM”复合控制算法对数字阀进行了控制研究。试验结果表明,该复合控制算法弥补了“Bang-Bang”控制和“带死区P+PWM”复合控制算法的缺点,大大减小了该数字阀在有流量负载情况下的出口压力波动,有效提高了该数字阀的稳态控制精度。

Abstract:

In order to improve the dynamic performance and steady-state
accuracy of a developed piezoelectric on-off pressure-regulation type electro-pneumatic digital proportional pressure valve(PDPPV for short) and decrease its pressure fluctuations,its control algorithm was researched.Based on PWM control mode,an adjusted-shift PWM algorithm(AS-PWM) was presented.Moreover,a compound control algorithm using Bang-Bang control,P with dead zone and AS-PWM was proposed to control the PDPPV.Experimental results show that this controller makes up the weaknesses of the Bang-Bang control algorithm and the compound control algorithm of  P with dead zone plus PWM and the PDPPV control performance can be improved effectively.
