薄壁管材矫直过程应变中性层偏移模型与分析

摘要:

为进一步揭示薄壁金属管材的矫直变形机理,基于薄壁构件弹塑性理论建立了薄壁管材矫直变形区的应力应变关系模型,进而采用解析方法建立了矫直过程中应变中性层的偏移模型,有限元分析计算证明该模型是近似准确的。对数学模型变化趋势的分析揭示了偏移量随相对反弯半径的增大而减小,随金属塑性变形能力的增强而增大,同时给出了中性层偏移模型的应用场合。

Abstract:

In order to reveal the deformation mechanism of a thin-walled tube straightening,a new stress-strain model in the straightening deformation zone was found based on the elastic-plastic theory of a thin-walled member.Then,a offset model of the strain neutral surfaces was established subsequently,which was  proved to be approximatively accurate by FEA analysis.Analyzing the change trend of the model,it is found that the offset value decreases with the increase of relative reverse bending radius,and it also increased with the increase of plastic deformation capacity of the metal,it is also found that how to use this
model in different situations.This research can provide the theoretical basis for studying  the deformation process and the straightening mechanism of a thin-walled tube straightening deeply.
