柔性摩擦辅助电铸新技术的研究

摘要:

提出了一种新的柔性摩擦辅助电铸技术。在电铸过程中,通过柔性毛刷对阴极表面的摩擦来提高电铸层质量。对所制得电铸层的表面形貌、组织结构和显微硬度等性能进行了分析与测试。结果表明:柔性毛刷对阴极表面的摩擦能驱除阴极表面吸附的气泡,消除结瘤,提高电铸层质量;通过SEM观察发现,电铸层的晶粒比传统电铸工艺得到的电铸层晶粒细小;XRD检测表明电铸层各晶面的衍射强度减小;显微硬度由180HV增至400HV左右。

Abstract:

A novel electroforming technique with flexible squeeze of brush
 was proposed.During the electroforming process,the quality of deposits was improved by
squeeze and rob of the flexible brush.The morphology of the deposits was studied,
and the values of microhardness were also measured.The results show that,
the rub with flexible brush can remove the adhered bubbles effectively and eliminate the
surface nodules,and improve the surface quality of the deposits.Comparing with the
deposits prepared by traditional methods,SEM results show that the one prepared by
the novel technology is substantially refined with grain size,and XRD results show that
every diffraction peak's intensity of the deposit is reduced.The microhardness increases evidently from 180HV to about 400HV.
