摘要:

根据胀-压复合成形汽车桥壳新工艺,提出了预成形管坯的设计方法,将其桥包部分截面周长与制件对应部位截面周长的比值定义为截面系数;针对某小型汽车桥壳样件,使用分析软件ANSYS对不同截面系数下的预成形管坯进行了成形的有限元模拟,并根据测定样件的桥包部分过渡圆角的大小,确定了截面系数的取值范围。基于提出的设计方法制定的胀-压复合成形工艺,在普通液压机上成功试制出桥壳样件,实际测量了其外形尺寸,证实了提出的预成形管坯设计方法可行。

Abstract:

A design method of preforming tube for bulging-pressing compound-deforming automobile housing was offered, and the ratio of the sectional perimeter, bulging part of performing tube to the corresponding position of axle housing sample, was defined as sectional coefficient K. For a small automobile axle housing, the forming simulation of preforrming tube on different k values was carried out with software ANSYS, then the boundary dimension of the axle housing was analyzed and the corner radius in the dome part was measured especially, by which the values range of the k was decided. Based on the forming technology determined by the above design method, the axle housing samples were produced successfully with a common press, and the feasibility of the design method was verified by measuring the boundary dimension.
