燃油喷射体相贯线电解修形研究

摘要:

基于有限元分析方法,在ANSYS中建立了电解修形的二维电场模型,在模型工件表面取若干个节点,将三类阴极的加工过程分为若干个时间段,并对这些时间段进行累积求解计算,得到工件加工表面不同时刻的电场分布和各节点的电流密度值。通过计算各个节点的位置,从而得出各个时刻加工后的工件表面轮廓曲线。利用仿真的结果,对电解加工参数进行实验验证。实验结果表明,利用仿真结果所确定的电加工工艺参数进行燃油喷射体相贯线电解修形,能满足燃油喷射体的加工要求,为燃油喷射体相贯线电解修形提供了依据。

Abstract:

A two-dimensional model of the electric field of three sorts of cathodes built in ANSYS software based on FEM was solved herein. The processing course was computed cumulatively by these several periods dividing the processing course of three sorts of cathodes. The distribution of the electric field of the processing region and the density of the nodes on the surface of the work piece model were obtained and the contour curves of simulation processing at different time were obtained by the position coordination of each node. The experiments were carried out to verify the electrochemical machining parameters based on the simulation. It is showed that with the amended parameters of the simulation it can meet the machining requirements of the fuel injection, which is the basis for electrochemical dressing of the intersection line of the fuel injection. 
