针对五轴数控系统传统加工方式在加工自由曲线曲率半径大而曲率变化不大的部分会产生凹凸不平的现象,提出一种平滑插补算法。该算法将数值计算中的最小二乘法应用到五轴数控加工轨迹的修整中,进而通过对修整后的指令点进行平滑处理,恢复原平滑曲线轮廓,最后在该平滑曲线上完成曲线插补计算。通过VERICUT对圆台工件进行仿真加工,证明了算法的有效性。

Abstract:

For the traditional five-axis NC machining methods in the processing of the part free-form curves which had large radius but little change in curvature will result in grooves,a smooth interpolation algorithm was proposed for five-axis CNC system.This algorithm used least square method of numerical calculation and applied it to the five-axis CNC system for machining trajectory finishing.Finally,by making the five-axis CNC machining path smooth,and restoring the original outline of smooth curves,it achieves completing interpolation curve on the smooth curve.The process simulation of round table was presented to validate the efficiency of the algorithm by VERICUT. 
