摘要:

对超高强度钢车身B柱加强板热成形中的冲压速度、压边力、摩擦因数、板料初始温度及工具初始温度进行了工艺参数正交分析,并运用模糊数学中的综合评判法,对成形后的最大减薄率和危险点的主应变均值两个目标值进行了综合。通过综合指标的极差分析,确定冲压速度、压边力与摩擦因数组合、板料初始温度及工具初始温度对综合评分的影响程度,分析得出最优的车身B柱加强板热成形工艺参数组合方案。

Abstract:

The ultra high strength steel B-pillar of car body hot forming process parameters, such as punch velocity, binder force,static friction, initial temperature of blank, initial temperature of tools etc. were analyzed based on orthogonal experimental design method and the comprehensive evaluation to maximum thinning rate and mean value of dangerous points’ principal strain was obtained by means of fuzzy mathematics. From this evaluation, the extent of overall influences on the process parameters was clarified. Through analyzing the factors resulted from the simulation results, the optimized B-pillar of car body hot forming process parameters scheme was obtained.
