摘要:

根据菱形客车独特的底盘布置方式,建立其十五自由度整车平顺性模型,利用MATLAB软件进行相应的分析和求解,并以各个乘员的垂向加权加速度均方根值为优化目标,各个悬架的动行程和各个车轮的相对动载为约束条件,运用遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ对悬架参数进行了优化设计。优化结果表明,菱形客车平顺性在较大程度上得到了提高,优化后,各设计变量的取值具有很好的工程参考意义。

Abstract:

According to the unique chassis layout mode,a fifteen DOF model of rhombic bus was built,and the corresponding analyses and solve were done by MATLAB software.With weighted vertical root mean square values of each passenger’s acceleration as optimization objective,and with dynamic displacements of each suspension and relative dynamic loads as constraint conditions,the parameters of suspension were optimized by NSGA-Ⅱ.The optimized results indicate that the ride comfort ability of rhombic bus is improved greatly after optimization.The values of every design variable will have better reference significance to the engineering after optimization.
